All prices listed on the website or provided via quotation are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices may vary based on market conditions, service complexity, or client requirements.
Payment must be made in full or as agreed upon before the commencement or delivery of any service.
We accept payments via cash, UPI, bank transfer, and authorized digital gateways.
All hardware products are covered under manufacturer warranty as per their respective terms.
Service warranties (for repairs or installations) are provided where applicable and will be stated during invoicing.
Software support is limited to installation and compatibility. We do not guarantee third-party software performance.
Orders for hardware or custom-built PCs cannot be canceled once confirmed.
Web development and software service cancellations must be requested in writing. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to work completed and resources used.
Any refund claims must be made within 7 days of service delivery, and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Clients must provide accurate and complete information during service engagement.
For web development, the client must supply required content, images, and timely feedback.
For on-site services, proper access and safety for our technicians must be ensured.
Madruk Infotech Consultancy will not be liable for:
Data loss during hardware repair or software reinstallation. Clients are advised to back up their data beforehand.
Delays caused by third-party vendors or internet service providers.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All content, logos, graphics, and designs on this website are the intellectual property of Madruk Infotech Consultancy.
Clients retain ownership of their provided content, but Madruk reserves the right to showcase delivered projects in portfolios unless agreed otherwise.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
